Up for auction at Clutter Clearers Auctions (Sheppey, Kent) is an original 1966 UK 1st Mono pressing of The Rolling Stones' iconic landmark album, Aftermath. Issued on the classic original red & silver "unboxed" Decca label (LK 4786), this groundbreaking release features classic tracks like "Under My Thumb", "Mother's Little Helper", and "Out Of Time".
Condition Details (Graded strictly to Record Collector standards):
Vinyl (Good / G): Both sides display multiple visible light hairline scratches and surface marks upon inspection (Matrix side 2: XARL-7210-4A). Will exhibit audible surface noise/clicks during playback, but retains full collector provenance as a original 1st pressing play copy.
Sleeve (Fair to Good / F–G): Original front-laminated flipback sleeve printed in England. Exhibits notable age wear, laminate creasing/peeling along edges, corner wear, and prominent foxing/staining to the bottom right corner of the rear cover.
A solid filler/play copy for any Rolling Stones completionist or vintage vinyl enthusiast looking for genuine 1960s Decca mono pressings.
