Everything you need to know about collecting your lots or arranging delivery.
Collection Location
Collections are from our premises at Powerstation Road, Sheerness, Kent, ME12 3AD. Please book your appointment before arriving.
Collection Deadline
Lots must be collected within 72 hours of the auction closing — on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday following the sale, between 10am and 7pm. Book your slot as soon as you win.
Delivery Available
We offer delivery for smaller items. Costs depend on item size, weight, and your postcode. Contact us before bidding to confirm delivery is available for a specific lot.
By Appointment Only
Collections are by pre-booked appointment only — please do not turn up without booking first. Available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 10am–7pm.
How Collection Works

Win your lot
You'll receive a winner email as soon as your lot closes. This confirms the hammer price and includes a link to pay online.

Pay within 48 hours
Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction closing via our secure online checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Book your collection
Once payment is confirmed, contact us on 07769 230858 or by email to book a collection appointment at Powerstation Road, Sheerness, Kent, ME12 3AD. Available Mon–Wed, 10am–7pm.

Collect within 72 hours
Bring your order confirmation email when you collect. Lots not collected within 72 hours may incur a storage charge of £5 per lot per day.
Delivery Information
We can arrange delivery for many smaller lots. Delivery is charged at cost and varies depending on the size and weight of the item and your delivery postcode.
Please enquire before bidding if you require delivery — we'll confirm whether delivery is possible for that lot and give you an estimated cost so you can factor it into your maximum bid.
Large items such as furniture, mirrors, and framed artwork may not be suitable for standard postal delivery. We can recommend reputable local couriers and packing services for oversized or fragile lots.
