Absolutely stunning antique heart-shaped lead planter, weighing approximately 10kg. This is a heavy, high-quality solid lead piece, not a modern resin reproduction. It features a beautiful, deeply cast neoclassical frieze around the exterior, depicting cherubs (putti) and hunting dogs in a floral landscape.
The planter has a wonderful natural aged patina with authentic "chalky" weathering that only comes with decades of outdoor exposure. It includes original drainage holes and is ready for planting or as a decorative garden feature.
